Definitions

  1. The website (our website, this website, or Pristine Jet Charter LLC-FZ website) in the context of this document shall mean this website: https://pristinejet.com or any affiliate or mirror websites with other Top-Level Domain (TLD) extensions such as, but not limited to (.aero) and (.ae).
  2. Any reference to https://pristinejet.com herein, shall also be considered a reference to our other affiliate or mirror websites.
  3. Any reference to Merchant shall mean Pristine Jet Charter LLC-FZ.
  4. Any reference to Customer, Client, you, your, or card holder shall be understood as a reference to the Charterer as indicated in the relevant Air Charter Agreement and its associated terms and conditions of contract.

Privacy

  1. Pristine Jet Charter LLC-FZ strives to ensure that all personal data submitted through https://pristinejet.com or any other means of contractual obligations are managed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data provided in our Privacy Policy.
  2. Pristine Jet Charter LLC-FZ will record visits to https://pristinejet.com without collecting any personal identifiable information of users. Such general statistics are collected for the compilation of statistical reports and the diagnosis of problems with or concerning computer systems to help Pristine Jet Charter LLC-FZ improve https://pristinejet.com.
  3. For different purposes and at different times you may be invited to provide personal data to Pristine Jet Charter LLC-FZ through https://pristinejet.com on a voluntary basis or upon completion of a service request form or a contact form on the website. Online Payment Terms & Conditions

  1. Pristine Jet Charter LLC-FZ, referred to in the following sections as “Merchant” is established under Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab of Emirates (https://www.meydanfz.ae). Our registered free zone address is: The Meydan Hotel, Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. However, our actual physical address is “Office 603, Tower B, DAMAC Executive Bay Building, Al A’amal Street, Business Bay, Dubai, U.A.E.”
  2. We accept payments from our clients through our online payment service providers using Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards in AED, USD, and EUR currencies.
  3. Merchant will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.
  4. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
  5. Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
  6. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.
  7. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. However, the Merchant reserves the right to bring proceedings against the Charterer in any other court outside the UAE.
  8. Customers who are minors under the age of 18 shall not register as Users to our website and shall not transact on the website.
  9. All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.
  10. If you make a payment for services on through our online payment service provider, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
  11. Merchant shall take appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. However, (https://pristinejet.com) cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online.
  12. Merchant is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which it links. If you provide any information to such third parties different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. You should contact these entities directly if you have any questions about their use of the information that they collect.

Flight Cancellation Charges

The following Cancellation Charges shall be paid by the Customer to the Merchant as agreed compensation:

  • 25% of the Charter Price if cancelled after signing the Agreement.
  • 50% of the Charter Price if cancelled less than 7 days but more than 48 hours prior to departure.
  • 75% of the Charter Price if cancelled less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to departure.
  • 100% of the Charter Price if cancelled within 24 hours of departure, or in case of No Show, or at any time after Commencement of schedule.

Refund Policy

  1. The Cancellation Charges above, or as amended in the Air Charter Agreement shall constitute the basis of the Refund Policy.
  2. Any excess amount of the Charter Price will be refunded by the Merchant to the Customer.
  3. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment or as agreed between Merchant and Client and will be processed within (5) to (10) working days depending on the procedures of the issuing bank of the credit card.

Important Note Regarding Cancellation and Refunds

Notwithstanding the above outlined cancellation charges and refund policies, the terms of the Air Charter Agreement and associated terms and conditions shall prevail.

Sanctions Compliance Statement

https://pristinejet.com will NOT deal or provide any services to any country or entity under sanctions by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the US Department of the Treasury, and any country or entity under sanctions in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Validity

  1. These website policies and terms of use may be changed or updated occasionally to meet various requirements and standards. Therefore, Customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website.
  2. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

Disclaimer

  1. The information provided by this website is for a general, indicative purpose only.
